Objectives
CBRE, (a New York commercial real estate agency hired Lux Inbound to plan and develop a new website. The CBRE team knew they wanted to update the site's look and feel, but also wanted to reduce the time-consuming burden of website updates, which need to occur on a regular basis given the dynamic nature the property.Solutions
We planned the new site design from the ground up. we worked collaboratively to map out a new website taxonomy, which involved the consolidation of some pages and expansion of others. Keyword research was conducted for every page on the site. Subsequently, onsite content was optimized by Lux Inbound's Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialists to ensure a smooth, SEO-friendly transition from the old site to the new site.
As the design of the website is critical for a positive user experience and for Search Engine Optimization, Lux Inbound worked hard to make certain that all parties were aware of any concerns that could hinder SEO or usability.
We created the site's functionality, transforming the look and feel that the CBRE team wanted into the working website that it is today. Throughout this process, the site was built on Lux Inbound's proprietary Content Management System (CMS), which was customized based on CBRE’s needs.
Results
Since the new website has launched, not only has the CBRE team been able to update and manage the site more easily than ever before, but we've also seen great results in the analytics data.
